The Challenge
The Public Affairs Office is responsible for all the marketing, design, press, and publications at the The VA Palo Alto Health Care System. The department covers the span of 4,000+ employees consisting of nurses, doctors, admin staff, within a variety of departments. With the overload of work, the challenge was finding ways to increase efficiency and production.
The Proposed Solution
To take a flex role in working with a range of media— assisting with visual design work, video editing, photography and even event work to lighten the load of the Public Affairs Office.

The Result
Through nearly 2 years of experience with the Public Affairs Office, assisted with creating content (i.e. flyers, slide decks, posters, digital media, web graphics, etc.) for more than 20+ stakeholders/departments within the hospital system. Assisted with video content development for: YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.
